Our Cheddar Broccoli Soup is rich and creamy - a sure delight that everyone will love. Made with sharp cheddar cheese. Simply add water.
1 pkg. Cheddar Broccoli Soup Quick Mix
4½ cups water
3¼ cups instant rice
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1½ cups thinly sliced or diced ham
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Pour into a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until liquid is no longer visible in dish.
