Get a taste of the islands with this luscious sweet dip. A delicious blend of coconut and pineapple brings the Caribbean to your taste buds.
1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ pkg. Island Coconut Quick Mix
2 to 3 cups sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges, red or green grapes)
Toasted coconut (optional)
Spread cookie dough onto a round baking stone and bake according to package directions. Remove from oven and let cool. While cookie dough is cooling, mix ½ package of Quick Mix with the softened cream cheese. Spread flavored cream cheese mixture evenly over cooled cookie. Arrange fresh fruit over cream cheese. Sprinkle toasted coconut over top of fruit if desired.
