Black Bean Chili

Black beans, celery, carrots, and onions all richly combine in our Black Bean Chili recipe. Just add a few ingredients to this mouth-watering chili. 





Cornbread Chili Casserole

1 box of cornbread mix (Jiffy™)
Rada Black Bean Chili Mix
6 oz. can tomato paste
14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
3 ¾ cup water
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven according to corn bread mix directions (400°F). Prepare Rada Black Bean Chili Mix as directed, with the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, water, and ground beef. Once chili is done cooking, transfer 4 cups of the prepared chili to a greased 8” x 8” pan. (You will have approximately 2 cups of prepared chili remaining that will not be utilized.) Top chili with cheddar cheese and mix in slightly. Prepare cornbread mix following package directions. Pour batter on top of the chili, covering the entire top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown on top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
