8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup sour cream
1 pkg. White Chocolate Raspberry Dip mix
1 cup whipped topping, thawed
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 white chocolate bar (optional)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream and dip mix and blend until creamy. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into small dessert cups and garnish with fresh raspberries. Optional: Using a vegetable peeler, create white chocolate shavings to sprinkle on top of mousse.

2 cups ice
Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth.

Blend together cream cheese and butter. Add White Chocolate Raspberry mix and mix well. Refrigerate one hour. Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball. Roll cheeseball in coconut or almonds if desired. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, bagels, and/or chocolate wafers.
